How to make a character
In case of producing modeling in other program Call up *.3ds file. (Or call up a file modeled in max)
Select 'object' and 'polygon', and cut mash as you like through 'Detach'. (Cutting object is the basic work to earn texture map source later, and should be set about only after designing 2D map source.)
Rename the cut objects in alphabetical order.
(This is the prerequisite step for morph.)
Select all models and press Shift + Move (Clone option = OK) to copy.
Since the copied model will be used in morph, hide it by selecting Display ¡æ Hide (¡æHide Selected)
Categorize items into face, upper clothes, lower clothes and shoes, dispose them so that you can see their front views, and move and unfold vertexes by using Move and Scale tools. Organize objects, which were unfolded by group (hair, upper clothes, lower clothes, shoes, etc.) in order to earn texture map source, with 1:1 exact square ratio, or 1:2 or 2:1 rectangular ratio.(Figure 4) (Figure 4)
Since the order of copied models should be consistent with the attachment order of original models in morph, please make sure the objects are not mixed and place the names in order.
SEx) Hair: A, B, C, Upper clothes: D, E, F...
Attach the objects in the memo order, and then attach the hidden copied ones in the same order, too.

Alignment
  Select among ¡Ý X, ¡Ü Y, ¡Ý Z
Parameters
  ¡Ü planar / Length / Width ¡æ Set up with the ratio of 1:1, 1:2 and 2:1.
